Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Messaging.ng by customers, account administrators, sub-workspace managers and integrated applications.

1. Platform access

Messaging.ng provides messaging operations, wallet funding, sender ID workflows, reporting and API access for approved business use. Access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn where account information is inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful or inconsistent with platform policy.

2. Account responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of business information, user access control within their workspace, protection of login credentials, API keys, approved sender IDs and any content submitted through the platform.

3. Sender ID and message content

Customers must submit true and complete information when requesting sender ID approval, including supporting letters and CAC documentation where required. Messaging.ng may reject, suspend or revoke a sender ID where supporting documents, business justification or actual usage do not align.

4. Billing and wallet funding

Messaging.ng operates on wallet-based billing. Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient balances before sending traffic. Funding, processing fees, sender ID charges and service pricing may vary by service configuration and are published on the platform pricing page or in customer-specific commercial agreements.

5. Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for unlawful content, deceptive traffic, spam, phishing, abusive messaging, unauthorized campaigns, impersonation, or any communication that breaches applicable telecom, privacy or consumer protection requirements in Nigeria.

6. Service changes and limitation of liability

Messaging.ng may update features, channels, routing logic, controls, prices or workflows as the service evolves. While the platform is built for commercial reliability, service availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, regulatory directives or third-party dependencies. Liability remains limited to the extent allowed by applicable law and any executed customer agreement.
